For us, bespoke is all about trust. Creating something so personal means working closely together, listening carefully to what you want and guiding you through the process with honesty, expertise and care. Our role is to take your ideas, however big or small, and turn them into a piece of jewellery that feels unmistakably yours.
The Process
To make the process feel simple and enjoyable, we’ve broken the bespoke service down into six considered steps, guiding you from your initial idea, to the moment you receive your finished piece and beyond.
How It Works
Step 1 — The Consultation
It starts with an idea.
Our first step is to talk. We’ll discuss your ideas, inspiration, lifestyle and budget.
Step 2 — Inspiration & Design
Bringing your vision to life.
Your ideas are at the heart of the process, we’ll explore different designs, gemstones and metals to create something that feels uniquely yours.
Step 3 — Approval
Making it just right.
Before your piece is brought to life, you’ll see the final design via CAD design or resin. Giving you complete confidence that every detail is exactly as you imagined.
Step 4 — Craftsmanship
Made by hand, in the UK.
Working with our trusted workshop in the UK, we bring the design to life with care, precision and exceptional craftsmanship.
Step 5 — The Finished Piece
Made for you.
Your finished piece is carefully checked and prepared before being placed in your hands.
Step 6 — Afterwards
Triple checks.
We understand that sometimes tweaks may be needed and are happy to assist with any changes or resizings.

Your finished piece will be accompanied by a valuation for insurance purposes, providing an important record of its value and details. This also serves as a record of authenticity, giving you a clear reference for your jewellery throughout its lifetime.
